All shoes are custom made to your cause, therefor it can take up to 8 weeks to receive your shoes. The timeframe is 4-8 weeks.

Shipping to within the continental US is FREE. Anywhere else will be calculated at checkout.

We ship to anywhere in the world.

If the product is in stock, we will be shipping your order within 1 business day; if not, then you will receive notice when it is in stock.

All shoes are custom-made to your cause. We take great care and pride in making your shoes so that they cause a convo wherever you go. Expect orders to take 4-8 weeks from date of order, and depending on events out of our control, such as severe weather, supply chain disruption etc. it could take longer, but that is very unlikely.

If your shoes do not fit your feet, then you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us that they did not fit, and receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number). You must return the shoes unused, without wear and tear, and no stains in order to be eligible for an exchange. You may send them back to us, at your expense, and we will happily exchange them for another size. You can only receive 1 exchange of size per order.

You will receive an order confirmation upon checkout. You will then receive a notice of Fulfillment once your order has completed the Production Phase. You will then receive a tracking update providing you with your tracking number for your goods when we ship them.

NOTE: It may be some time between the date of order and your next notice, so please be patient and understand that it can take 4-8 weeks to complete the entire journey.

MyCause is the name of the brand, just like any other brand of shoe you may see. The brand name MyCause is on the shoe and stays there.

No. At this time, the shoes that you see are what you get.

We strive to represent all causes, however, if you notice that we do not have your cause, simply send us an email through the website or through Facebook and Jimmy would be happy to make your cause's products for you.

Before you ship your order back to us, you must call and get a Refund Authorization Number or RAN.

Returns and exchanges

If you purchase a production shoe, like the Perseverance 1.0, from our website, then you are able to exchange the unused shoes for a different size, within 30 days of delivery. The shoes must be in original condition with accompanying bag/box. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs that are incurred for sending the order back to us.

The Customer has 6 days from date of order to cancel an order for a refund, minus a 30% Materials & Labor Loss Fee for beginning the Production Process but not finishing it. After the 6th day, the customer is no longer able to request a refund because the product has already entered the Production Phase.

There are no refunds on Masks, Paracord Ribbon Keychains, Blankets, Tumblers, Challenge Coins and Socks.

Exchanges are allowed for Paracord Ribbons, but only for another color, within 30 days of delivery. Buyer must incur all shipping fees back to us, as well as back to them.
